Terms and conditions

By registering and using VendApps, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this application.

VendApps is a mobile platform developed by UsahaOne Ventures that connects vendors with event organizers across Malaysia. The platform facilitates stall bookings, vendor verification, and event management.

3.1You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3.2You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.

3.3Each email address may only be registered once.

3.4VendApps reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4.1Vendors must complete verification documents before booking stalls.

4.2Public Vendors must provide valid NRIC, Business License, and relevant certifications.

4.3Student Vendors must provide valid Matric Number, Business License, and relevant certifications.

4.4Vendors selling Food & Beverage must provide a valid Food Handling Certificate and Typhoid Vaccination Certificate.

4.5Vendors must comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.

4.6Vendors are responsible for the quality and safety of their products.

5.1Organizers must provide accurate event details including location, date, time, and stall pricing.

5.2Organizers are responsible for the management of their events.

5.3Organizers must respond to booking requests within a reasonable time.

5.4Organizers must provide a clear slot map for vendors.

6.1Bookings are confirmed only after organizer approval.

6.2Vendors may cancel bookings up to 48 hours before the event start time.

6.3Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are not permitted.

6.4VendApps is not responsible for disputes between vendors and organizers.

7.1Payment processing is facilitated through approved payment gateways.

7.2Student vendors are eligible for student pricing on student-eligible events.

7.3Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy in Section 6.

8.1All vendor documents are reviewed by VendApps admin.

8.2Approval or rejection of documents is at the sole discretion of VendApps admin.

8.3Rejected documents may be resubmitted after corrections.

8.4VendApps reserves the right to revoke verification at any time.

9.1Users must not provide false or misleading information.

9.2Users must not use VendApps for illegal activities.

9.3Users must not harass, abuse, or harm other users.

9.4Users must not attempt to manipulate the booking or slot system.

10.1All content, branding, and technology in VendApps is owned by UsahaOne Ventures.

10.2Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of VendApps without permission.

11.1VendApps collects personal data necessary for platform operation.

11.2Data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure.

11.3VendApps does not sell user data to third parties.

11.4By using VendApps, you consent to our data collection practices.

12.1VendApps is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.

12.2VendApps does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12.3Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the past 30 days.

VendApps reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian courts.
